Bug Fixes

Made some quick fixes to bugs I had been meaning to fix for a while...

The fixes are as follows:

- Changing the volume slider in the main menu changes the volume for the rest of the game (Previously this only changed the volume in the main menu).

- The final set of dialogue is now available to see. There was supposed to be some dialogue you could access by picking up a teddy bear dropped by the boss. However, for some reason in the jam builds of the game the teddy bear never drops. I will note, after the dialogue there is nothing else, you will be stuck in the boss room and this is where the game ends.

These changes aren't significant but it does wrap up what I had been wanting to fix for a while.
